Founded in 2011, View Lepini is an independent office planning studio based in Frankfurt am Main. We specialise in workplace strategy, space programming, and fit-out coordination for organisations across Hesse and the wider Rhine-Main metropolitan region.
We believe offices should support concentration, collaboration, and wellbeing — not simply fill square metres. Every project begins with how your teams actually work: meeting cadence, hybrid patterns, acoustic needs, and brand expression.
Our studio sits between the banking towers of the Innenstadt and the creative hubs of Ostend. That proximity keeps us close to landlords, contractors, and the regulatory landscape that shapes commercial leases in Germany.
Our planners hold qualifications in interior architecture and workplace consulting. We are members of the German Facility Management Association (GEFMA) and follow DIN standards for office ergonomics where applicable.
